It all started with a dream in 1970 when Raimo Sonninen built his very first boat. Driven simply by a passion for boating and a determination to discover ways to enjoy it even more completely.

Over the following half-century, many things happened. Operations expanded. The company grew as materials and manufacturing technologies improved.
